Laurene A. Maggio

Laurene A. Maggio, age 82, of Bloomingdale, formerly of West Milford, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Mrs. Maggio was born in Long Island City, NY, the daughter of the late Henry and the late Mary (Monaghan) Kurth. She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed retirement with her husband in Florida where they were members of the Silver Springs Country Club in Trinity Fla and Gulf Harbors Country Club in New Port Richey, Fla. She is survived by her beloved children, Robert Maggio, Laurie Heinrich and husband Eric and John Maggio Jr. and wife Leslie, her loving sister, Dorothy De Piano, six cherished grandchildren, Todd, Audra, Ashley, Derek, Brandon and Nicole and seven adored great-grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Laurene was pre deceased by her devoted husband, John Maggio Sr. and her siblings, Marilyn and Henry. Viewing hours will be Thursday, November 30, 2017, from 3-7pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral will be Friday 10 am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. Entombment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Franklin, NJ.
