Leon Clark Parken

Leon Clark Parken, age 96, of Kinnelon, passed away on August 17, 2012. Leon was born in Butler, NJ, the son of the late Thomas and the late Lila (Decker) Parken. He attended the First Reformed Church in Pompton Plains. He worked as a chemical engineer for Amerace Corp. in Butler, NJ for 40 years . He is survived by his beloved children, Candy Maki and Lisa Najimian and husband Jon and his two cherished grandchildren, Maraika and Eric. Leon was predeceased by his devoted wife, Betty (Hamilton) Parken in 2007. Viewing hours will be held on Wednesday August 22, 2012 from 9 AM to 11 AM at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler N.J. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday also at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Rockaway Valley Cemetery Boonton, NJ.
