Leonard Loprete, age 68, Pompton Lakes on Friday, January 11, 2008 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains.Mr. Loprete was born April 17, 1939 in Newark, NJ the son of the late Anthony and the late Frances (Ludovico) Loprete. Mr. Loprete was a member of the Cornerstone Chapel, Pompton Plains, a graduate of Pompton Lakes High School in 1958, a Marine Veteran,owner of Pompton Lakes Taxi for 25 years, and Circus Doll House, Pompton Plains for 30 years.He is survived by his wife, Marilyn, three sons, Leonard Loprete Jr., Jim Hout and wife Cassandra, William Hout and wife Lauren, one daughter Kathy Gonzalez and husband Anthony, four cherished grandchildren, Tim, Anthony, Brendan, and Paige, and two God Children, Daniel and Jonathan Harris.Viewing hours will be Monday, January 14, 2008, from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00 at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. A funeral Service will be held Tuesday 10:00am also at the funeral home.Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
