Lillian Borusiewicz, age 81, of Lincoln Park, formerly of Pompton Lakes and Bloomingdale, died Friday, May 25, 2012. Mrs. Borusiewicz was born in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Julian and the late Anna (Randzio) Radziszewski. Before retiring, she worked at Kearfott Guidance and Navigation as a legal secretary in Wayne, NJ. Lillian was a longtime member of the Card Club, Thursday Evening Early Bird bowling league, and the St. Anthony's Columbiettes, and had served as their president on the local, Western Chapter, and NJ State levels. She was proud of her Polish heritage. She loved to dance, especially the polka and the lindy. She was a woman of faith, a very loving and generous mother, a trusted advisor, and loyal friend. She was famous for potato salad and kielbasa and sauerkraut. More recently, she enjoyed her mahjong group and was a member of the Lincoln Park Seniors. She enjoyed traveling, visiting her friends in Florida and Texas, and many annual vacations to the Jersey shore where everyone happily joined her in riding the carousel. Lillian always had a get up and go attitude. She is survived by her beloved children, Stanley, Ann Marie Borusiewicz and Joan Fuchs and husband Tom, her loving siblings, Stanley and Raymond, her cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Jaime, Tommy, and Stephanie, and her adored great-grandchildren, Jason and Joe. Her devoted husband, Stan, her dear son, Robert ,and her sister, Theresa Radziszewski, predeceased Lillian. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered Thursday 11:00am at St. Mary's RC Church, Pompton Lakes, NJ. Burial to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Mary's Food Pantry or St Jude's Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
