Lloyd F. Canty Sr.

Lloyd F. Canty, Sr., age 81, of Butler, died Saturday, October 12, 2013. Mr. Canty was born in Kinnelon, NJ the son of the late John and the late Anna (Bailey) Canty. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, was a Past Grand Knight and former District Deputy of St. Anthony's Counsel 943 Knight of Columbus in Butler, NJ. Lloyd worked as an accountant for the Brewster Finishing Co. in Paterson, NJ and was a life long parishioner of St. Anthony RC Church. He is survived by his beloved children, Lloyd F. Canty Jr. and his wife Annaliza and Lisa M. Ebers, six cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha and Myra Canty and Alison, Carly and Julie Ebers and two adored great grandchildren, Ilyana and Lei'lana Canty. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be held Tuesday, October 15th, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A Mass will be held Wednesday 11:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler. All other arrangements are private.
