Louise Sclafani

Louise Sclafani, 95, of Kinnelon, passed away on September 10, 2023. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Angelo and Annunziata (Mariello) Montalto. She was a secretary for her husband’s business, Waterfront Transfer in New York City.

She is survived by her stepson, Paul and wife Ellen of Texas, two cherished grandchildren, Dana and Ross, one loving nephew, Jeffrey Lempfert and wife Diane and is also survived by longtime family friends, Stephen and Kathy Gaiser. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 53 loving years, Peter.

Viewing hours will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Magnificat RC Church, 2 Miller Rd., Kinnelon, NJ. A funeral mass will be offered at 10:00 am, also on Saturday following the viewing at Our Lady of the Magnificat RC Church in Kinnelon. A burial will follow the mass in the church cemetery.
