Madeline Ricker

Madeline Ricker, age 98, of Butler, died Friday, March 13, 2015. Mrs Ricker was born in Butler, NJ, the daughter of the late Max and the late Nolda (Hertman) Culler. Madeline worked as the cafeteria supervisor at the Richard Butler Elementary in Butler, NJ for 36 years. She was a member of the Butler United Methodist Church belonging to the Womems Circle, Gleaners Thrift Shop of the church. Madeline is survived by her son Bill and his wife Carol, her son-in-law, Jim, her brother, Chester 'Chet" Culler, her grandchildren, Jeff Ricker and his wife Shannon, Scott Ricker and Christy Ricker, her great grandchildren Aiden, Mason, Brianna, Emma, Abigal and Madeline. She was pre-deceased by her husband David and her daughter, Judy. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be Monday, 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00am also at the funeral home. Interment immediately following service at Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
