Mary Catherine Pierson

PIERSON- Mary C. "Catherine", age 83, of Butler, NJ, formerly of Oak Ridge, and Riverdale, entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 18th, 2008. Mrs. Pierson was born in Ringwood,NJ, the daughter of the late George and the late Edith (Thompson) McGrady. She was an active member at the Butler Senior Center, and worked at Artistic Weaving in Pompton Lakes, NJ for 25 years. Mary is survived by her beloved children, James W. and wife Cindy, and Ann M. Van Dyk and husband Douglas, three cherished grandchildren, Kristin, Jamie, and Morgan, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary was pre deceased in life by her devoted husband of 46 years, Lloyd. Viewing hours will be Sunday, September 21, 2008, from 2:00- 4:00 pm, and 7:00-9:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral service will be Monday, 11:00 am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at The Oak Ridge Cemetery, Oak Ridge,NJ.
