Michael Bruce Zita

Michael Bruce Zita "Mike", age 70, of Bloomingdale, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at his residence in Bloomingdale.Mr. Zita was born August 31, 1935 in Hackensack, NJ the son of Frances (Benedetto) Zita and the late Joseph Zita. He married Helen Wollenhaupt June 1st ,1957 at Sacred Heart RC Church, Lyndhurst, N.J. Michael had a great love for antique cars. He loved working on his Cushman Scooter with his son-in-law whenever they could. He was retired from Rand Mc Nally Inc. Belleville, NJ in 1995, where he was a machinist.Devoted husband of Helen (nee Wollenhaupt). Beloved son of Frances (nee Benedetto) and the late Joseph. Adored father of Michael, Mark and his wife Faith, Gary, and Diane Manganelli and husband Michael. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Maria, Jennifer, and Amanda Zita, and Sara and Peter Manganelli. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.Visiting hours will be Friday,September 1st ,2006, from 2:00 -4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral will be Saturday, September 2nd, 2006, 10:00am at Our Lady Of The Magnificat RC Church, Kinnelon, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated .Burial will be in Our Lady Of The Magnificat Cemetery, Kinnelon on Saturday following the Mass.
