Nurhan Smith

Nurhan Smith, age 54, of Butler, formerly of Rockaway, died Monday, March 22, 2010. Mrs. Smith was born in Ankara, Turkey, the daughter of the late Ali and the late Beatrice (Degiosa) Ata. Nurhan was a wonderful person who loved being with family. She is survived by her husband, William Trevena, her loving siblings, Kemal Ata, Nuray De Anda and Erol Ata, and her dear nieces and nephews, Peter De Anda and fiance Cheryl Ries, Michael De Anda and wife Michelle, Timothy De Anda, and one great nephew, Jake De Anda. Nurhan was pre deceased by her brother Sakir Ata. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, March 24th, 2010, from 4:00 to 8:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral mass will be held Thursday 10:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
