Orest Alexander Porochniak

Orest Alexander Porochniak age 53, of Pompton Plains, formerly of Clifton, NJ, passed into heaven suddenly on Tuesday June 23,2009. He worked as a driver for United Parcel Service, in Parsippany, NJ, and was a member of the Local Union #177, also in Parsippany, NJ. Orest is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years, Mary (Marshall) Porochniak, his dear parents Dmytro and Aleksandra Porochniak, two beloved daughters, Christine and Lauren Porochniak, and one loving brother Ihor Myron Porochniak and his wife Marge. Viewing hours will be Thursday, July 2nd 2009, from 2:00 -4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held also on Thursday 8:30pm at the funeral home. The final disposition will be held in private.
