Patricia A Decker

Patricia Ann Decker died on Friday June 2, 2023. She was born in Newfoundland, New Jersey where she grew up with her parents Silvia and Fletcher Kimble and sisters Geraldine and Madeline. She graduated Butler High School, later graduating from Saint Vincents School of Nursing with her nursing degree. Patricia then served her community as a Registered Nurse at Chilton Memorial Hospital for over 30 years.

She was predeceased by her husband John Decker who passed away many years ahead of her. Patricia had no children of her own.

Patricia attended church services from a young age expressing her love for her Lord Jesus Christ. To know Pat she loved going out to eat at the Park Wayne Diner, Franks Pizza in Lincoln Park, and the Flaming Grill Buffet. She loved vanilla/chocolate and butter pecan ice cream and loved to visit Curly’s Ice Cream in Riverdale.

She is survived by her church family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 am with a funeral service at 11:00 am at the Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. Burial will immediately follow the service at Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
