Patricia Weaver

Patricia Weaver, 52, of Bloomingdale, passed away April 17, 2016. Patricia was born in Pompton Plains, NJ in 1962. She grew up in Bloomingdale, NJ until 2004 when she moved into an apartment at Spectrum For Living in Ringwood, NJ as one of the original tenants. Her roommate was Randi. Patti was an incredible individual who touched many lives. She was fun and had a verdant sense of humor. She was caring and loved her nieces and nephews much like they were her own. She belonged to the Explorers Club. She LOVED coffee. She and Randi would set out the cups the night before in preparation for morning coffee. Her brother in Connecticut had to "cut her off" occasionally from the coffee on visits. She worked at the Easter Seals workshop for 10 years. She was an ardent basketball player. She loved playing Nintendo. She loved dancing and surprised many with her moves. She loved organizing the offices at Spectrum. She is survived by her beloved mother, Helen Weaver Simcak, and her three loving brothers, Dr. Richard Weaver and wife Grace Gavigan; James Weaver and wife Carol ,William Weaver and wife Jill; and her loving family at Spectrum; Susan, Latoya, Bonita, Janice, Lillian, Janine, Lina, Marie, Anthony, Guerea, Feona, Michelle, Ed and many others. And finally she will miss her beloved roommate Randi. No one could have more love in one place than Patti had at Spectrum. Also surviving are her cherished nieces and nephews, Gabrielle, Faith, Lorelei Weaver, Brianna and Alex Weaver, Charlie and Carson Weaver. Patricia was predeceased by her dear father, James Weaver. Viewing hours will be held Thursday, April 21, 2016, from 4 to 8 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ 07405. A Mass will be offered at St Anthonys RC Church in Butler on Friday at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Mt.Calvary Cemetery also in Butler, NJ.
