Peter Donald Barry

Peter Donald Barry, 65, passed away suddenly on June 2, 2016. He was a resident of Bloomingdale. Peter was a facilities manager at ARC of Essex County in Livingston, NJ. He was a member and former Chief of the Pequannock Engine and Hose Company in Butler and former member of the Bloomingdale Fire Department. Pete was an established musician able to play the trumpet, coronet, guitar and bass. He is survived by his devoted mother and father, Donald and Marilyn Barry, his beloved children, Evan and Katie and her fianc Mike, a loving brother Donald and wife Ava and is also survived by nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his dear daughter-in-law Jessica Barry. Viewing hours will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9 PM at the Morrison funeral home 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Monday at 8:30pm also at the funeral home. All other services will be held in private.
