Peter J Sortino

Peter J. Sortino, age 90, of Lincoln Park, formerly of Oak Ridge and Montville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 4th, 2017. Mr. Sortino was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Jerome and the late Marie (Di Nicola) Sortino. He was employed by Chilton Memorial Hospital, where he was a courier for many years. He is survived by his loving sister, Marie Cipriano Merrifield, many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Peter was predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years, Marvel. Viewing hours will be Saturday, April 22nd, 2017, from 2:00 to 5:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be offered 4:30pm Saturday also at the funeral home.
