In Loving Memory of Ralph Trionfo (1942–2024)

Ralph Trionfo, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at the age of 82, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gilda Trionfo; his children, Ralph Trionfo, Jessica Melo, Monica Story and Wil Fagundo; his siblings, Phyllis Marolla, Josephine Malek; his seven grandchildren, dear friends and extended family. 

He embraced life to the fullest, doing everything he wanted to do and doing it his way. Ralph’s life was dedicated to serving his family, his country, and his community.

 For over 40 years, Ralph served as a Court Officer for the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division, Special Civil Part in Passaic County. He will be remembered by his colleagues for his dedication, generosity, and constant wit, which was accompanied by an infectious sense of humor.

 Ralph had a deep passion for both handball and racquetball, enjoying the challenge and camaraderie it brought. An avid fisherman, he loved spending time on the water with family and friends, always looking forward to the next catch and the peaceful solitude it provided. 

Known for his warm smile, relentless jokes, and boundless generosity, Ralph made an everlasting impact on all who knew him. His selflessness and friendly spirit were defining qualities of a life well-lived, and his memory will be forever treasured. Ralph’s family will always feel his love, his arms forever wrapped around them.

 A celebration of life will be held on January 2, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. Donations can be made to The Ike Foundation (theikefoundation.org) connecting underserved boys and girls with fishing experiences.
