Raymond H. Bresett

Raymond H. Bresett, age 83, of Kinnelon, died Saturday, January 10, 2015. Mr. Bresett was born in Butler, NJ the son of the late Raymond J. and the late Gertrude (Kimble) Bresett. He was a mechanical inspector for Johanson Manufacturing in Boonton, NJ before his retirement. Ray was a Marine Corps. Veteran serving his country during the Korean War and a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars, American Legion, the Marine Corps League-Lakeland Detachment, and the Butler United Methodist Church. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 loving years, Jean Bresett, his beloved children, David and wife Alice, Diane and husband Victor and Alan and wife Gail and six cherished grandchildren. Ray was pre deceased by his loving siblings, Ruth Hempsted and Leonard Bresett. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, January 13th , 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral will be held Tuesday 7:30pm also at the funeral home. The final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kinnelon Volunteer Fire Company or the Tri Boro First Aid Squad or Atlantic Home Care and Hospice in his memory.
