Raymond L. Huber (March 30, 1940 - August 24, 2022 ). To some he was Bud or Buddy. To others, he was Dad or Grandpa, and still others Uncle Bud. Whatever you called him, if you were one of those who knew Raymond Huber, you were a lucky person indeed. A good man who grew up in Butler, NJ, he was the fourth oldest of the 13 children of Archibald and Myrtle Huber. He was predeceased by his parents and siblings Darch, Ed, Charles, Fred, Alan and Mike. He is survived by daughters Kelly Price (husband Charles) and Janine Huber, grandchildren Benjamin, Abbey and Sarah Price, sisters Diana Van Orden, Barbara McReynolds, Linda Nauta, Doreen Huber (with whom he lived and to whom we are forever grateful), and Karen Goerner (husband Dennis), brother John (wife Julie), ex-wife Jean Anne OConnor and her family of brother Jack OConnor (ex-wife Elaine) and sister Noreen Mackey (husband Frank), and many nieces and nephews. He attended Butler High School and served in the US Army. Several career changes saw him working for the Montville School district, Washington Auto Salvage which he owned with his partners and friends Butch and Diane Fund, Easton Auto Salvage, Port Murray Auto Salvage, Custom Alloy, and most recently the Wayne PAL. His favorite role was as "Dad" to his 2 daughters, "Grandpa" to his 3 grandchildren and "Uncle Bud" to numerous nieces & nephews, many great nieces and great nephews, and even a few great grand nieces and nephews as well. He loved cars, motorcycles, bingo, playing cards, the casino, family dinners, the Rangers, the Yankees and the Giants. He was a proud, strong man who had a unique personality and sense of humor, which his daughters affectionately called "his sense of Huber". His funny physical expressions and random, zingy one-liners were always good for a laugh no matter who was in his company. He was generous to and supportive of his family, and to them, he was the most selfless person they could ever know. There will never be another like Dad, Grandpa, Bud, Buddy, Uncle Bud, or as his grandchildren affectionately referred to him as "Poopsie". We love you, and we will all miss you until we meet again.
