Robert Hemion

Robert Hemion, age 77, of Mahwah, NJ, passed away Saturday, June 18th, 2011. Born in Mahwah he was the son of the late George and Doris Hemion. Robert proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. during the Korean War and worked for the Department of Transportation as an Equipment operator before retiring. He is survived by his beloved children, Robert Hemion, Jr. and his wife Maria, Barbara Hemion and Lorene Sheehan and husband William, his loving siblings, Jerry, Raymond, Lou and Ruth Hemion, his cherished grandchildren, Linda, Ashley, Dakota and Miranda Sheehan, Eric Whitescarver and Shari Hemion and his adored great grandchild Haylee Menoski. Robert was pre deceased by his devoted wife Helen. Viewing hours will be Thursday, June 23rd, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be offered Friday 9:00am at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler, followed by the burial.
