Robert William Soules

Robert William Soules, age 76, of Butler, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016. Mr. Soules was born in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Chester and the late Frances Soules. He was a machine operator and a supervisor for Edwards Engineering, a supervisor for Mt. Holiness and a master carpenter for B & B Carpenter before retiring. Bob was a member of the Kinney Hose Co. in Butler, loved spending time with his family, enjoyed Ocean Beach, Unit 3, the lake house, Nascar, the New York Giants, the NY Yankees and the Butler Bulldogs. Bob was also known to help out family and friends during his life and will continue to do so by participating in the sharing network. he will be deeply missed by his wife and children. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 loving years, Margaret Jane (Wilkin) Soules, his beloved children, Robert and wife Anastasia, Patricia Soules-Jewett and husband James and James and wife Alisa and seven cherished grandchildren, Alexa, Michael and Danny Soules, Brian and Christopher Jewett, Christina Lietz and Casey Soules . A memorial gathering will be held Friday, February 12, 2016, from 3-7pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave Butler, NJ. All other services will be private. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Tri - Boro First Aid Squad in his memory.
