Rosaleen Mary Kochis

Rosaleen Mary Kochis, age 73, of Bloomingdale passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Friday, February 16, 2024.

Mrs. Kochis was born February 5, 1951, in Dublin, Ireland, the daughter of the late Dermot and the late Nora (Ronan) Colman.

Rosaleen moved to New Jersey from Dublin in 1960. She married Paul Kochis on March, 27,1972 and raised their children in Bloomingdale. She was a parishioner at St. Anthony's of Padua RC Church in Butler and will be remembered for her love of Ireland, her grandchildren and chocolate and apple pie making.

Rosaleen is survived by her devoted husband Paul, loving children, Michael and his wife Andrea, Paul and his wife Jaime, and Helena and her husband Bryan Kellam, six adored grandchildren, Vincent, Tyson, Zachary, Charlotte, Hailey and Owen. She is also survived by her brothers, James, Dermot and Ronan Colman. She was predeceased by her parents Dermot and Nora Colman and her brother, Michael Colman.

Viewing hours will be Monday, February 19th, 2024, from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, N.J. A funeral Mass will be offered Tuesday 11am at St Anthony RC Church also in Butler. The final disposition will be private.
