Rose M Mangieri

Rose M Mangieri, age 91, of Butler entered eternal rest Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at her home in Butler. Mrs. Mangieri was born in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Peter and the late Mary C. (Fortnash) Rubino. Mrs. Mangieri was a parishioner of St. Anthony RC Church since 1974. Rose was an educator and tutor of children, an elected of District 11 Board of Education in the public schools in the Bronx, NY from 1969 to 1974, worked on Wall Street in Import and Export and received her BA in Spanish from Hunter College. She is survived by her husband of 62 loving years, Thomas P. Mangieri, her beloved children, Catherine Zittel and her husband Christopher and Fr. Thomas Mangieri and a cherished grandchild Mary Rose .Viewing hours will be Saturday, May 29th, 2010 from 9am to 10:30am at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday 11:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. At the request of the family the internment will be held in private.
