Ruth K. Barton

Ruth K. Barton, age 82, of Cedar Crest Village, Pompton Plains, formerly of Butler, died Sunday, December 19, 2010 at home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Barton was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Magnus and the late Anna (Kniebestol) Kvanvik. She retired from Butler School System, where she was a teachers aide. She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, A. Eugene, his beloved children, Keith and wife Mary and Karl and wife Michele and two cherished grandchildren, Erik and Jake. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 26th , 2010 3pm at the Butler United Methodist Church , Butler, NJ.
