Salvatore P. Annese

Salvatore P. Annese, age 71, of Saylorsburg, PA,formerly of Butler, N.J.entered into eternal rest,Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at his home.Mr. Annese was born February 25, 1935 at Hoboken, N.J.the son of the late Louis and the late Theodora (Poli)Annese. He married Barbara Stooksbury February25,1959 at Holy Spirit RC Church, Pompton Plains,N.J. He served in the Army from 1954 to 1956 during Koreanwar .He was employed by Essex County Dept. Of Corrections,Caldwell, NJ, as a Corrections Officer from 1984 to2001.Mr. Annese was a member of Army Veteran of the KoreanWar, Member of the American Legion, Roseland,N.J.,and former member of the Blue Knight Motercycle club.He is survived by his devoted wife Barbara ( neeStooksbury), his son Michael and wife Anna,Two daughters, Dora Mae Hilken, and Donna Mulvaneyand her husband Kevin, nine cherishedgrand children, two loving sisters Lucy Mei, and SueMei, and nieces and nephews.Visiting hours will be Friday, August 11th ,2006, from2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison FuneralHome, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeralwill be Saturday at 10:00am, at St. Anthony RC Church,65 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, where a Mass of ChristianBurial will be Celebrated.Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler onSaturday following the mass.
