Shirley Ann Jimenez Storms

Please run 1x in the November 26,2015 Thursday, in the star ledger. Shirley Ann Jimenez Storms, aged 77, died at home on October 09, 2015 after a long battle. Shirley was born August 8, 1938 in New York, the daughter of Victor and Olga Jimenez.Shirley was an avid member of The American Cancer Society, Make A Wish Foundation, amongst other charity foundation. She was a cancer survivor of 33 years. On April 4th 1959, Shirley married her high school sweetheart Alfred L. Storms of 56 years. After marrying, they bought and built their family home on the road she grew up on in Kinnelon NJ. Together there they raised three children. She is pre-deceased by her father Victor Jimenez, Mother Olga Jimenez, and grandson Zachary Storms.Shirley is survived by her husband, Al Storms of Homosassa, FL, son Craig (Melissa) of McDonough NY, Christopher (Donna) of New Freedom, PA and daughter Pamela of Homosassa FL; along with a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters, Gloria Krophel of Montville NJ, Marie Demarest of New Brunswick MA, brothers, Victor Jimenez (Lois) of Kinnelon NJ and Kenny Jimenez (Charlotte) of Melbourne beach Fl. There will be a Memorial at Morrison Funeral Home, on Friday November 27th from 7pm to 9pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St Anthony's RC Church 65 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405 on November 28, 2015 at 10am. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will follow at the Knights of Columbus 65 Hamburg Turnpike Butler NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to: American Cancer Society P.O.
