Shirley May Palmer

PALMER- Shirley May, age 81, of Butler, NJ, formerly of Saint Johnsbury, VT, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 20th, 2008. Shirley was born in Rutland, VT, the daughter of the late Percy and the late Annie (Henault) Weymouth. She was a Nurses Aid at the Wanaque Convalescent Center for 12 years. She was a beautiful person, a great homemaker, and loved being with her family. Shirley is survived by her devoted husband Earl H. "Bud" for 62 years, her beloved children, Howard "Chip" and wife Roberta, Michael and wife Virginia, Sharon De Young and husband Garry, Peter and wife Susan, Scott, Patricia Lees and husband Andrew, one loving brother Clifford Weymouth, ten cherished grandchildren, and three adored great grand children. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Palmer was pre deceased by her dear son, Dale. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008, from 2-4pm, and 7-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Thursday 10:00am also at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Garden of Memories, Washington Twsp.,NJ.
