HAZEKAMP Simon, Jr., age 88, of Butler died Sunday, October 21, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. Mr. Hazekamp was born in Clifton NJ, the son of the late Simon Sr. and the late Dina (Cornelisse) Hazekamp. He served in the Army during World War II and was a self employed carpenter before re- tiring from the Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park, NJ as a maintenance manager. He is survived by his devoted wife of 65 loving years, Dorothy (Florance) Hazekamp, his be- loved children Lynn Clune, Glenn Hazekamp, Gary Hazekamp and wife Carol, Tami Santos and husband Jim, five cherished grandchildren, and three adored great grand- children. He is also survived by his loving siblings Harold Hazekamp and wife Joanne, Dorothy Dunn, Joan Pfefferkorn and husband Wendel, as well as other nieces and nephews. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held Thursday 11 AM also at the funeral home. Buri- al will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Good Shepherd Mission, 336 Broadway P.O. Box 2401, Paterson, New Jer- sey 07509, in his memory.
