Sonja A Menkemeyer

Sonja A. Menkemeyer, 95, of Kinnelon, New Jersey passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Born in Queens, New York she was the daughter of the late Otto and Louise (Steiger) Annaheim. Sonja worked for 30 years at AT & T Telephone Company and was a member of the Pioneer Club for her service. She was an excellent cook and love to entertain family and friends. Sonja is survived by her loving daughter, Lyn O'Sullivan and her husband Tim, two adored grandchildren, John O'Sullivan and his wife Danielle and Melissa (OSullivan) Koch and her husband Dennis, five cherished great grandchildren, Emily, Zoe, and Gavin O'Sullivan, and Timothy and Ryan Koch. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Sonja was predeceased by her devoted husband John and her brothers Frank and Walter Annaheim. Visitation will be held Monday, November 19, 2018 from 9:00-11:00am at the Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be offered also on Monday, 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the funeral service at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road Paramus, NJ.
