Sophie Sally Mikulewicz

Sophie " Sally" Mikulewicz (nee Rudnicki), age 93, of Butler, formerly of Bloomfield, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains.Mrs. Mikulewicz was born December 9, 1913 at Newark, NJ the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Catherine (Lipinski) Rudnicki. She was employed by Deluxe Checking, Fairfield, NJ, as a check packer.Mrs. Mikulewicz was a member of Butler Seniors, also worked at MGM Records as a record presser for 20 years, and was a Parishioner of St. Valentine RC Church, Bloomfield, NJ.Devoted wife of the late Frank. Beloved mother of Barbara Zaleski and husband Robert, and Geraldine D'Amore and husband Patrick. Cherished grandmother of David Zaleski, Karen Zimmerer, Sharon Reul, and Marc and Marcy D'Amore, and great-grandmother of Five. Loving sister of the late Stanley Rudnicki, and Adam Rudnicki, and sister-in-law of Edna Rudnicki. Also survived by one nephew. Calling hours will be Thursday, January 4, 2007 from 2:00 -4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral Service will be on Thursday 8:00pm, also at the funeral home.At the families request the final disposition will be held in private.In lieu of flowers make donations to your favorite charity in her memory.
