Theresa R. Burke

Theresa R. Burke, age 70, of Kinnelon died Sunday, November 7, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Burke was born July 12, 1951, in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Joseph Vitaro and the late Rose (Cinelli) Vitaro. She married Robert Burke on April 27, 1974 and has been a resident of Kinnelon since 1977 relocating from Singac, NJ. Theresa enjoyed her art classes in Butler, NJ and loved to throw parties, especially theme parties. Theresa also volunteered her time at the Our Lady of the Magnificat School Cafeteria. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Burke, her beloved daughter, Alison Ward, her loving siblings, Joseph Vitaro, Rae Peer and Mary Presti, and her cherished grandchildren, Everett Ward, Zachary Ward, Sean Meegan, Ryan Meegan. Theresa was predeceased by her dear brother, Michael Vitaro and nephew, Alex Vitaro. A graveside service will be held Friday, November 12th, 2021, 10am at Our Lady of The Magnificat Cemetery, 2 Miller Rd, Kinnelon. Burial will follow the graveside service. .
