Vera J Dorota

Vera J. Dorota, age 84, of Kinnelon, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Mrs. Dorota was born in Kovel, Ukraine, the daughter of the late Theophil and the late Henrietta (Holz) Jaworowsky. Vera was a parishioner of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Wayne, NJ, a member of the Kinnelon Bridge Club and the Friends of the Kinnelon Library. She was a Broker for Coldwell Banker in Butler before retiring. She used the Internet, read her Kindle and played Scrabble and Bridge until her last days. All who knew her will remember her as a friend who was generous with her whole heart and never let her life long battle with rheumatoid arthritis control her life. Vera is survived by her beloved children, Lisa Tebbe and husband Horst, Michael "Mr. Mike" Dorota and Peter Dorota, a loving brother, Igor Jaworowsky and wife Sue, five cherished grandchildren, Nelson, Felice, Leslie, Emma and Simon Tebbe, three adored great-grandchildren Clementine, Henry and Field and the father of her children Michael Dorota. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. The family offers profound gratitude to caretaker Lesya and the VNA of Northern New Jersey for their love and care in Vera's final months of life. Viewing hours will be Saturday, January 26th , 2013, from 9:00 to 11:00am at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ.A funeral service will be held Saturday 11:00am also at the funeral home.
