Vincent Aluzzo, age 82, of Hamburg, formerly of Butler died Friday, March 6, 2015. Mr. Aluzzo was the son of the late Frank and Mary (Oliva) Aluzzo of Bloomingdale. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony RC Church in Butler where he attended grade school and also served as an altar boy. Vince was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving as a First Lieutenant in the Korean War, as well as a member of the NRA of NJ Rifle and Pistol Club. He worked as a supervisor for ADT Systems in Clifton, NJ until he retired in 1994.His passion for storytelling, cars and aviation were like no other and you could always find him toying around in his workshop fixing something or building one of his model airplanes which was a hobby of his throughout his life. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 loving years, Louise, his beloved children, Michael and his wife Sheryl, Denise Olsen, Lisa Bundy and her husband Lee, Michelle Aluzzo and Mark Aluzzo, and thirteen cherished grandchildren, Daniel Olsen and his wife Maegan, Melissa Olsen, Stephanie Aluzzo, Nicholas DuBee and his wife Carla, Eric DuBee, Joshua Aluzzo, Marissa DuBee, Ashley Olsen, Thomas Aluzzo, Danielle DuBee, Tori Aluzzo and Jack Bundy. Vincent was pre-deceased by his dear grandson, Ryan Olsen and loving son-in-law, Ron Olsen. Viewing hours will be Monday, March 9, 2015 from 5-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at St. Anthony's RC Church, Butler. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
