Virginia V. 'Dina' Assante

Virginia V. Assante "Dina", age 78, of Butler, NJ, died Thursday, April 21st, 2011. Mrs. Asante was born in NJ, was a wonderful person, a great homemaker and a parishioner of St. Anthony RC church in Butler. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Deanna Polons and her husband Jim and two cherished grandchildren, Danny and Jason. Virginia was predeceased by her devoted husband and former Mayor of Butler, Romano "Ron" Assante. Viewing hours will be held Tuesday April 26, 2011, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered Wednesday 10:00am at St. Anthony RC Church Butler, NJ. The final disposition will be held in private.
