Warren Ernest Post, age 83, of Butler died Wednesday, October 15, 2014 surrounded by his family. Mr. Post was born in Butler, NJ the son of the late Ernest R. and the late Nettie (Riggs) Post.Warren was a member of the Pompton Plains Reformed Bible Church, the Butler Senior XYZ's, a former coach with the Tri Boro Little League and worked for Metropolitan Petroleum, Discount Cutters Landscaping and the Kinnelon DPW. Beloved father of Cindy Tintle and husband Bill, Linda Otte and husband Matthew, Warren J. Post and wife Gail, Robert E. Post and wife Patricia and Sandra Londino and husband James. Cherished grandfather of twelve. Adored great grandfather of four. Also surviving is his longtime loving companion, Anna Marie Luciano and many nieces and nephews. Warren was pre deceased by his devoted wife, Theresa Post. Viewing hours will be Monday, October 20th, 2014, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler, NJ. The funeral Service will be Tuesday 11:00am at the Pompton Reformed Bible Church in Pompton Plains, NJ. Burial will be in Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler, following the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of New Jersey, 220 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne NJ 07470 in his memory.
